Dianne is a multifaceted expert with experience spanning nonprofit, tertiary education and local government sectors. Throughout her career, she has maintained a commitment to driving positive social change and enhancing community resilience. Dianne excels in crafting effective social impact strategies and designing and leading projects that benefit individuals and communities. Her core strengths encompass community engagement and participation, formal engagement activities for organisations and local government, co-designing initiatives with communities, as well as promoting collaboration and empowering residents to participate in projects aimed at improving their well-being.
Dianne boasts a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and successful collaborations with nonprofit organizations. Her leadership is grounded in a coaching mindset. Dianne has cultivated partnerships with universities, governments, philanthropic organisations, local community groups, and individuals. She works comfortably with powerful organisations while also empowering disadvantaged community groups to have a voice.

Cheryl Gavan
Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme Coordinator
Cheryl is a seasoned business manager with over 20 years’ experience creating and operating harmonious, efficient, and high functioning retirement communities. With a customer centric focus, Cheryl enjoys building and maintaining positive sustainable relationships with retired community members, their families, local community groups and service providers to ensure collaborative service delivery.
Cheryl is driven by a desire to assist disadvantaged community members achieve an increased sense of wellbeing and lifestyle enjoyment.

Emma Ginn
Youth Support Coordinator
Qualifications:
Diploma of Community Services Cert IV Small Business Enterprise Management
Experience:
Emma began her career working for large multi-national businesses in executive administration including business writing and tender co-ordination, however, always had a passion for people and community services and volunteered for many years in youth programs and as a board member for a youth homelessness service prior to gaining her Community Services degree and entering the sector full-time.
Emma has extensive experience working in the community sector with young people and families, non-profits, and program co-ordination. Emma has a thorough understanding of the challenges and barriers vulnerable people experience and is passionate about empowering people to recognise and achieve their full potential.

Kate Gilbert
Membership Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Psychology (Hons)
Experience:
Kate started off her working life as a Personal Assistant and always had an interest in human resources and customer service. When the opportunity arose, Kate decided on a career change and studied Psychology so that she could understand and focus more on human behaviour and how to help people. This led her to working in the Disability sector and volunteering for Volunteering Central Coast as an Interviewer. This passion for helping others has now led to being appointed as the Membership Officer where she can help both the not-for-profit organisations and potential volunteers find their perfect match.
