Randal Tame
Qualifications: Randal is a graduate of the AICD and has a BA in psychology and a MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Experience: Managing Director, Influence Consulting Pty Ltd. Randal provides advisory services to executives on high stakes leadership issues including M&A’s, strategy development and deployment and executive team capability. Randal is also an adjunct lecturer in management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and guest lecturer in Leadership Theory at the ANU Strategic Defence Studies Centre.

Andrew Cordwell
Qualifications: Andrew graduated from UNSW with a B.Comm (Accounting), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and is a Justice of the Peace. Prior to his retirement he was also a registered company auditor, superannuation auditor, tax agent and Certified Public Accountant.
Experience: Andrew was a practising FCA specialising in corporate governance, financial audit and strategic planning for SMEs and not for profit entities. He has extensive knowledge of director responsibilities and their separation from the role of management.
Since retirement in 2018, Andrew has been a director of a number of not for profit entities providing supportive services to the local community.

Duncan Bennet
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Studies.
Experience: Duncan is a long-term Central Coast resident and volunteer, plus is the Chair of Coast and Country Primary Care. His earlier background includes over 35 years of senior executive and CEO roles in the technology industry plus more recently running his own executive mentoring and coaching business.

Brendan StallworthyList Item 1
Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Business Management, majoring in marketing.
Experience: Brendan has over 30 years business experience at a senior level. He spent many years as a senior executive of a large International Company in Sydney before moving to the Central Coast almost 30 years ago. He is a long standing and current Non-Executive Director of a large Sydney Based organisation and is their Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He also is Managing Director and owner of a successful Office Products Supplies business on the Coast, which he has owned for over 15 years.

Helen O'Loughlin
Qualifications: B.A. Dip Ed. MAICD, Certified Organisational Coach, Level One, IECL
Experience: Helen has over 25 years’ experience as a Human Resources senior executive in financial services and the Commonwealth government. Helen’s diverse experience ranges from working with regional and rural businesses, being part of the team responsible for the St George / Westpac merger and overseeing significant legislative change programs in the Commonwealth government. She has worked closely with Executive teams and Boards.
Helen has been a member of the Pearl Beach community since 2007.
