Randal Tame
Qualifications: Randal is a graduate of the AICD and has a BA in psychology and a MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Experience: Managing Director, Influence Consulting Pty Ltd. Randal provides advisory services to executives on high stakes leadership issues including M&A’s, strategy development and deployment and executive team capability. Randal is also an adjunct lecturer in management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and guest lecturer in Leadership Theory at the ANU Strategic Defence Studies Centre.

Andrew Cordwell
Qualifications: Andrew graduated from UNSW with a B.Comm (Accounting), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and is a Justice of the Peace. Prior to his retirement he was also a registered company auditor, superannuation auditor, tax agent and Certified Public Accountant.
Experience: Andrew was a practising FCA specialising in corporate governance, financial audit and strategic planning for SMEs and not for profit entities. He has extensive knowledge of director responsibilities and their separation from the role of management.
Since retirement in 2018, Andrew has been a director of a number of not for profit entities providing supportive services to the local community.

Dr Jodie Lording
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Studies
Experience: Jodie Lording has worked in industry across education, adult learning and development, human resources and IT for over 25 years. Jodie has a career in Defence industry supporting Navy’s deployed ICT and has served in the Army Reserves for over 30 years. Jodie has also completed a doctoral thesis ‘Paid Volunteers: Experiencing Reserve recruitment and retention and brings this invaluable expertise and knowledge on volunteering, to Volunteering Central Coast.

Anne Garlick
Qualifications: Master of Management (Banking), BA Information Technology
Experience: Anne is recognised as a leader in Technology and Cyber Risk management. She has a passion and track record for driving business outcomes through leading people and transforming process and technology whilst having a strong risk mindset. Anne has experience working with Boards both within Financial Services and as an independent director of a Not-for-Profit organisation. She is a past Director of the Central Coast Grammar School where she held the roles of Deputy Board Chair and chair of the ICT sub-committee.

Richard Carter
Qualifications: BComm (Hons) MBA PhD CMgr MAICD.
Experience: Richard has over 40 years of senior management and executive leadership experience, primarily in the hospitality, retail and education sectors. His experience extends to being an organisational psychologist, facilitator/coach, consultant and management/leadership educator.
Richard taught at UNSW and Macquarie University and continues to teach in MBA programs at the Australian Institute of Management and International College of Management Sydney.

Emma Dunch
Qualifications: BA (Comms), BMus.
Experience: Emma is a senior project director for Federal and NSW Government agencies, most recently delivering the Federal, NSW and local government elections on the Central Coast and currently managing community engagement for TAFE NSW in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Previously, for 25 years, she was a CEO and senior leader in the international cultural sector, working with more than 125 arts organisations across the world.

Aisha Choudari
Qualifications: BBus/LLB (Hons), MHRM, Cert IV Real Estate Practice.
Experience: Aisha is an experienced People and Culture leader with a background in both the profit and not-forprofit sectors, including oversight of volunteering programs. Aisha has demonstrated governance capability through her work with advisory boards and executive leadership teams, contributing strategic insight and sound risk management.

Nick Foster
Qualifications: BComm (Accounting), CA, GradCert Data Science, Member of the AICD.
Experience: Nick is a qualified finance professional with over 30 years’ experience in financial management, people leadership, digital and technology management across a range of industry sectors including not for profit, education, financial services and manufacturing. In addition to helping businesses become commercially focussed, Nick works directly with Boards and Board Committees to guide them in acquitting their fiduciary accountabilities.
