Volunteering Central Coast provides a volunteer range of online training modules for member organisations and other external organisations that involve volunteers in their activities and the delivery of their services. This fee-for-service program is a social enterprise with a range of affordable options for your volunteers to increase their knowledge and skills in aspects of volunteering with your organisation’s clients and the general public.

Training can be undertaken on a PC, Laptop, tablet, or smart phone so volunteers can pace themselves and complete the training in the workplace or the comfort of their own home. It is designed to be interactive and to increase the capacity for volunteers and their supervisors to have a shared understanding of some of the more intricate or challenging aspects of being a volunteer in community sector services.

The training modules cover a range of topics and are suitable for people new to volunteering, through to more seasoned volunteers with specialised areas of information, awareness, and skills development.
